1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fetch Framework ("the Service"), including the documentation site, implementation guides, and associated frameworks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.


2. Description of Service

Fetch Framework is an open-source foraging intelligence framework that provides:

  • Documentation Site: Educational content about the action layer of the Cormorant Foraging Framework
  • Conceptual Framework: Complete closed-loop decision system (3D Foundation, DRIFT, Fetch)
  • Implementation Guides: Code examples and formulas for action decision-making
  • Research Resources: Academic foundations, cross-references, and biomimetic validation

The Service is provided free of charge for personal, educational, and research use.


3. License and Use Rights

Open Source License

Fetch Framework tools and code are released under the MIT License. You are free to:

  • Use the framework for any purpose
  • Modify the methodology
  • Distribute copies
  • Create derivative works

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Fetch Framework:

  • ✅ For personal decision-making and automation
  • ✅ For educational and research purposes
  • ✅ For creative experimentation and AI agent development
  • ✅ In compliance with applicable laws and platform terms of service

You agree NOT to use Fetch Framework:

  • ❌ For malicious automation or system exploitation
  • ❌ To violate others' privacy or security
  • ❌ To violate platform policies or legal requirements
  • ❌ For malicious content creation or spread of misinformation
  • ❌ For any illegal activities

4. No Warranties

Methodology Drift is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of content analysis or recommendations
  • Predictive accuracy of gap-based performance forecasting
  • Availability or uptime of the Service
  • Compatibility with your system or workflow
  • That the Service will be error-free or secure

Content Performance Disclaimer: Methodology Drift provides analytical and educational tools. Content performance results are not guaranteed. Use insights at your own discretion.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Methodology Drift and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
  • This includes (but is not limited to): poor content performance, incorrect recommendations, lost revenue, or reputational harm
  • Your use of Methodology Drift is at your sole risk

Content Strategy Disclaimer: We are not responsible if your content underperforms after following Methodology Drift recommendations. Content creation, publication, and performance are your responsibility.


6. Third-Party Services

YouTube / Content Platforms

Methodology Drift may integrate with content platform APIs (YouTube, etc.). Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms:

You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining and securing your API credentials
  • Complying with platform rate limits and usage policies
  • Understanding that platforms may change or discontinue API access at any time

Methodology Drift is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or any content platform.

Other Integrations

If you integrate Methodology Drift with AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT), analytics tools, or other services, you must comply with their respective terms of service.


7. User-Generated Content

If you contribute to Methodology Drift (via GitHub, pull requests, issues, discussions):

  • You grant Methodology Drift a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your contributions under the MIT License
  • You represent that you have the right to grant this license
  • You agree to the GitHub Terms of Service

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information.

Summary: We don't collect personal data. Analysis tools run locally on your machine. Your content and credentials never leave your device.


9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Significant changes will be announced via:

  • Notice on the homepage
  • GitHub repository announcements

Continued use of Methodology Drift after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


10. Termination

You may stop using Methodology Drift at any time by:

  • Deleting analysis tool files from your machine
  • Revoking API access in platform account settings (if applicable)

We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time without notice (though we'd hate to do that).


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.


12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.


13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Methodology Drift.
